Employee Shop - Plan Selection Agent Action · Part A
Finalize plan selections for all employees using self-service links or by directly assigning plans on their behalf.
- Option A — Self-Service: Click "Email Link" next to the employee's name
- Confirm the employee's email address in the pop-up, then click OK
- System sends a secure personalized shopping link directly to the employee
- Employee selects a plan and completes the secure enrollment form
- After submission, agent receives a secure email with the employee's enrollment details
- Option B — Direct Assignment: Click "View/Assign Plans" for the employee
- Browse available plans tailored to that employee — filter and officially assign a plan
Employee Shop - Monitoring Progress Agent Action · Part B
Track plan selection progress across the group and ensure all employees have completed their selection before moving to the Final Quote.
- Search by Name or Email — use the search bar at the top of the table to quickly find any specific employee by typing their name or email address
- Employee Selection Dropdown — use this filter to view employees by status: select "Selected" to see who has already chosen a plan, or "Not Selected" to identify employees who still need to complete their selection
- Review the "Employee Selection" column on each row to see the plan status at a glance
- Follow up directly with any employee showing "Not Selected" to prompt them to complete their enrollment
- Continue monitoring until every employee shows a confirmed selected plan status before proceeding
Important
Do not proceed to the Final Quote until all employees have a plan selected
— partial completions will affect the accuracy of your final numbers.
