The Mandatory Agreement is a critical, comprehensive packet. It contains the Final Quote, the Echo ACH Form (for premium funding), and the ICHRA Plan Design Form.

• Review the Employer Cost vs. ICHRA Cost summary and Setup/Renewal Fees for full transparency.
• Verify all employees in the Main Employee Table have a green checkmark indicating a plan is assigned.
• Click "Mandatory Agreement" to generate and download the complete packet for the employer.
• The agent must directly guide the employer to fill in all details across all forms accurately.
• If you or the employer need any help completing the ICHRA Plan Design form, contact DBS Benefits immediately.
• Ensure the employer signs, dates, and returns the completed Mandatory Agreement packet to you.
