- Refine the View: Use **Filter Options** to narrow down plans by specific Carriers, Metal Levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold), or Employee Classes. This helps tailor the quote to the employer’s budget and preferences.
- Financial Comparison: The **Comparison Summary** provides a high-level look at total premiums, employer contributions, and net savings. Costs marked in **Green** represent savings for the employer, while **Red** indicates a cost increase relative to their current plan.
- Employee-Level Detail: The **Main Employee Table** breaks down the numbers for every individual on the roster. You can see their current vs. proposed premium and exactly how much the employer will be contributing.
- ACA Compliance: Every employee row includes an affordability indicator. A **Green Icon** confirms the plan is ACA affordable, while a **Red Icon** warns that you may need to adjust contributions to meet compliance.
